PRIOR to any work or modifications, approval must be submitted and received.

If your association requires its own ARC Submission Form, include it along with supporting documents. If a fee is required, provide proof of payment.

Consent

1. No work will begin until written approval is received.
2. I assume all liability for damages to other lots/common areas resulting from this work.
3. I will comply with all applicable laws and obtain permits.
4. Contractors will be licensed/insured, job sites kept clean, and access unobstructed.
5. I will receive written approval or denial per the association’s timeline.
